Trouble’s End Spectral Skies

We used lots of wheat and spelt, hopped this beauty in the kettle with European lovelies and a touch of Mosaic, then dry hopped it with second use Citra, Nectaron, and Eukanot. While drinking gin martinis garnished with preserved lemons the bartender is preparing orange wedges covered in sal de gusano to be consumed pre-mezcal while they extol the glories of Georgian (the country) white wines aged in buried amphora. Through the window a group of children on the street are seen blowing small palmfuls of white pepper into oncoming wind trying hard not to react but one lets out a ferocious sneeze which startles another who flings his melting mango ice cream in the air which comes down like drippy white
