The Elderberry Scotch Ale is brewed with Extra Special Cara Munich and Vienna Malts with a special Scotch Ale yeast that holds up and compliments the acidic elderberries to add to the complexity of the malt backbone. This is not a fruit beer, its a malty glass of enjoyment.
