Beer Description
Ferrous Vanilla is our coffee imperial stout brewed with organic Madagascar and Mexican vanilla. We used Nicaragua Finca Mama Mina coffee by our favorite local artisanal roaster J.René Coffee Roasters in West Hartford, and then conditioned this batch on organic Madagascar and Mexican vanilla. We’re tasting refined notes of dried fruit, baked granola and oatmeal cookie with the dark chocolate brownie flavors of our stout and finally enhanced by sweet creamy vanilla bean.
