Beer Description
This New Zealand-Style Pilsner was single decoction mashed with a simple grain bill of Weyermann Barke Pilsner malt to showcase these beautiful hops. Riwaka, motueka, and a pinch of Nelson Sauvin were used throughout the boil and in the whirlpool to express notes of tropical passionfruit, along with grapefruit, gooseberry, lemongrass, and a hint of cedar and pine.
