Made with Carolina Malt House base grains and then a healthy dose of some European crystal malts give body and structure while the noble hops round out the malt sweetness.
For the OG member of the Scuba Squad, and Steve’s father, Sam. A classic style for a classic guy. We went to our brewing roots and wanted to make a beer that wasn’t born out of hype and social media but rather a good, solid beer with character and flavor. Made with Carolina Malt House base grains and then a healthy dose of some European crystal malts give body and structure while the noble hops round out the malt sweetness. May red ales never go away – like the red of the scuba squad.
