Beer Description
This collaboration with Brauerei Hofstetten of St. Martin, Austria, is the next offering in the Stowe Style Series: an unfiltered pale lager brewed with Austrian-grown Heines Haisa organic malt and Malling hops. Inspired by the Zwickelbier tradition of sampling directly from the fermentation vessel, this beer is hazy straw in color featuring bright, floral, and zesty hop aromatics, with a full body yet crisp and light finish.
