Beer Description
A very special, incredibly rare, vintage release from our cellar, this is a full-bodied dark amber-hued sour Quadrupel, fermented with Morpheus wild yeast and further matured in oak barrels previously used to mature Pomerol wines from Bordeaux. Immensely complex due to the barrel aging, its gorgeous flavor is tart and sweet with notes of vanilla, port wine, rich toffee, and orchard fruit. Both rare and stunning!
