Beer Description
This funked up version of our base wheat beer was fermented with a mix of cultures and aged in a tequila barrel and a lime gin barrel. First whiff of strong earthy damp wood chips stands out among the complex aromatics giving way to a fruit punch of pineapple rind, spritzy lime juice, tart clementine, and tangy orange oil despite the brew containing no fruit whatsoever.
