Our Traditional E.S.B. brewed with British Heirloom Floor-Malted Barley, East Kent Golding Hops, and yeast cultured from the Timothy Taylor Brewery that was founded in West Yorkshire in 1858. We even add salts and minerals in precise amounts to Reverse Osmosis water to emulate the exact chemistry of the historical profile of London water. Bready biscuit sweetness up-front with a crisp hop finish. The closest thing you can get to the real thing short of hopping the pond. Crafted to remove Gluten
