Beer Description
Selection was designed to pay homage to every brewer’s favorite seasonal release, Celebration Ale. This deep Amber beer is absolutely packed with 100% freshly kilned whole cone hops from our friends at Segal Ranch in Yakima, at every stage of our process. The extremely fresh hops lend moderate aromas of Citrus and Pine with some slight melon all accompanied by a complimenting floral aroma from exclusively using whole cone hops. If you thought this was the end of the description for this complex beer, think again. Underneath all this punchy fresh hop aroma is a stabilizing malt presence filled with moderate toasty bread, caramel and toffee. Finishing with a pleasant crisp bitterness to round out the palate.
