Beer Description
Made with fresh picked, unprocessed, whole cone Chinook and Cashmere hops, this unique seasonal is a must try for hop heads. The hops are literally hanging on the vine at midnight, and within 12 hours are in our brewery creating a delicious beer. These fresh hops display characteristics of marigolds, grass, and tons of other unique floral and herbal notes. Aroma and flavors are similar with a sugary sweet candied hop kiss balancing out the pleasant bitterness.
