Beer Description
We took our GABF winning West Coast Pils and gave it a Fresh Hop treatment to celebrate the hop harvest! We added 300 pounds of Simcoe from Coleman’s Mt. Angel farm in Oregon, which happens to grow some of our favorite hops. Expect this to have a similar profile to the base beer but with an added oily hop goodness. It still drinks crisp and refreshing like we want, while having a strong hop presence.
