Beer Description
This Fresh Hop IPA is the result of the highly coordinated efforts of Bale Breaker, Alaska Airlines and Yakima Chief Hops. A thousand pounds of a choice lot of fresh Citra hops from Bale Breaker’s own hop yards was harvested, loaded onto an Alaska Airlines flight, picked up at the airport, and then poured into our kettle in a matter of hours. It filled our entire brewery with an incredible smell that none of us will soon forget. The depth of hop flavor is unlike anything we can produce with traditionally processed hops and we couldn’t have made such a large batch without the help of our good friends. We find ourselves getting lost in this liquid in the best way possible and we can’t wait to share it with you.
