Beer Description
For this year’s rendition of Fill Your Cup, a Fresh Hop Soft IPA, we are featuring fresh Simcoe from Coleman Farms here in Oregon. Lightly dry hopped with Simcoe Cryo as well as a bit of Motueka Amplifire Hop Oil from Clayton Farm (which is made from Fresh Hops) and some Citra Quantum Hop Oil from Roy Farms. The idea is to saturate the beer with almost 16 lbs/bbl of fresh hops on the hot side and then brighten it up on the cold side with novel hop products!
