A ghost can be a lot of things. A memory, a day dream, a secret. But most of the time they’re just what we want to see…a beer! We hooked up with our friends and talented brewers Ghost Town Brewing to bring you Giving Up The Ghost – West Coast IPA (6.2% ABV) with hand selected Citra Cryo, Riwaka and Freestyle Farms Nelson. The killer Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin took the show on this clean/crisp Westy. This resulted in explicit hop flavors & aromas of fresh crushed goose berries, lush feijoa, cold smashed kiwis, passion fruit, lemon/lime and fruity NZ dankness.
