In the rooms where we select these hops focus is paramount and it feels as if time stands still. Timeland is a West Coast IPA that is brewed with three of those hops: Mosaic, Citra and Idaho 7 – a perfect triumvirate to bring the heaviest dankness, citrus, pine and guava tang.
