Beer Description
Split Squad is a celebration of the boys of summer brewed with our friends at Revolution Brewing. We built this beer around malted sunflower seeds from Colorado Malting Company. It pours a beautifully clear golden yellow with a frothy white head and notes of tangerine, ripe peaches, sorrel, and a distinct nuttiness that lasts through the long, satisfying finish. This version was bottle conditioned with the mixed culture they used to ferment their version of our collaboration.
