Beer Description
Try this beer in our small town. We brewed this with Pilsner malts and flaked rice, hopped with Citra, Hallertau and Saaz. What we got was a light "petite " lager with notes of citrus, melon with a slight earthy bitterness. Influenced by Troegs Petite Lager variants of their Scratch Series
