A Blend of Whiskey Barrel-Aged And Oak Barrel-Aged Sour Ale With Strawberries

A story of wild ale we have been dreaming of telling for over a decade. 2000# of carbonic-fermented strawberries sit atop golden sour ales aged in fresh whiskey barrels and neutral oak from former wine casks. Aged together, the blend of terroir of our house flora and early-picked strawberry yields bright a bevy of delicious delicacies.
