Beer Description
Kern River Brewing Company changed the West Coast IPA game with late aught beers like “Just Outstanding” IPA – that harnessed the punchy qualities of what were sexy but the underutilized hops of Simcoe and Amarillo – and “Citra” DIPA – employing the brand new Citra hop (how things have changed!). This collaboration is our thank you to, and high five with them for inspiring Cellarmaker to brew highly aromatic and flavorful hoppy beers. For Absolutely Fantastic we incorporated Citra, Amarillo and Simcoe along with a dose of Cascade hops, all of which bring hop expression that seems classic and eternally modern at the same time.
