Beer Description
This celebrated Bock became an annual treat and an eagerly anticipated sign of the coming spring. We brewed this version of Peoples Bock from the 1959 recipe provided by Wilhelm Kohlhoff, a lead brewer at Peoples and the last of the German-born brewermasters to make beer in Oshkosh.
