Brewed in historic Lembeek by legendary lambic producer Frank Boon. A blend of young and old, spontaneously fermented lambic aged in oak, then refermented with real cherries. Bright ruby-red with authentic lambic tartness, delicate funk, and a beautifully balanced sweet-sour cherry character. A benchmark of traditional Belgian fruit lambic.
