Source Weiss Bier

This authentic, German-style wheat beer honors the rich brewing traditions of Bavaria whilst incorporating wheat malt grown locally in NJ by @rabbit_hill_malthouse.

In addition to locally grown wheat, this crisp and refreshing ale was also brewed with extra pale premium pilsner malt from Germany, a touch of Huell Melon hops, and a traditional yeast strain originating from the world’s oldest operating brewery.

Weiss Bier pours a hazy, light yellow-orange hue into a glass and quickly develops a creamy, towering head of long-lasting, white, aromatic foam.

It opens with a soft mouthfeel sensation and finishes dry with a snap of bright, fruity effervescence. It’s light-bodied, extremely refreshing, and will serve as an excellent companion for outdoor drinking in the hot summer sun.
