Beer Description
Upon tasting we’re getting blown away by citrus-forward tropical notes of ripe passionfruit, zesty lime, sweet candied orange, and juicy tangerines with hints of grapefruit and mango.
Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Heavy Reel Brewing Co. out of Seaside Heights, NJ. Featuring hops from @freestylehops, we Double Dry Hopped this beer with an insane amount of fresh Kohia Nelson, NZ Cascade, and Motueka. Additionally, we hopped Reel Heavy Jams with new hop product from NY Hop Guild called Motueka Hopjuice. We are particularly excited about using Kohia Nelson for the first time. This unique hop blend from Freestyle Hops contains Nelson Sauvin, Rakau, and NZ grown passion fruit adding insanely tropical aromas and flavors to this brew! Cracking a can of this new Jams and pouring it into a glass reveals a saturated yellow-colored liquid topped with an airy white head. Upon tasting we’re getting blown away by citrus-forward tropical notes of ripe passionfruit, zesty lime, sweet candied orange, and juicy tangerines with hints of grapefruit and mango.
