As we continue our jubilant celebration of 10 years of Ghost, we’re thrilled to unveil the return of a cherished Ghost collaboration variant: RIPE IN THE MACHINE. This time around, it’s brewed right here in Broussard! Teaming up once more with our esteemed friends at Great Notion, we’ve merged the finest attributes of their acclaimed Ripe with the legendary Ghost in the Machine, resulting in a truly innovative and magnificent hazy Double IPA.
Crafted on a foundation of pillowy softness, our blend incorporates a diverse array of ingredients including flaked oats, malted wheat, 2-row, and Weyermann Carafoam, imparting body and just a hint of caramel. Once our specially selected Cosmic Punch yeast has worked its alchemical wonders on this exceptional wort, we enrich the 8.5% ABV brew with a medley of our most cherished hop varieties: Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron, and Simcoe.
