Beer Description
Surviving Not Thriving is a 6.5% NE style IPA. Featuring our special “Low Temperature Hop Burst” technique, we Double Dry Hopped this one with tons of Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe Cryo, and Cascade. Expect this DIPA to be super soft with very little bitterness! Pouring a soft yellow-orange color, we’re finding big citrus notes of fresh orange and grapefruit zest with ripe berries, apricot, and light peach.
