Beer Description
Imperial Smoked Stout collaboration beer with Wayward Lane Brewing.
This smoked stout was blended with our carefully aged 24 month bourbon casks from Pinhook Distillery in Kentucky, This blending process presents hints of vanilla and grants the stout to pick up the flavors of the oak & bourbon.
Then brewed again using beach-smoked malts and fermented with Amburana wood and blended with the original 2021 stout.
Smoked minds, a Smoked Bourbon Barrel–Aged Stout has aromas & tastes of Irish peat, dried cherry, dark chocolate, cinnamon and whiskey. 13%
