Beer Description
Brewed in collaboration with our friends at YAH Brew. This imperial stout saw an extended boil, then was aged post fermentation in Thistle Finch bourbon barrels for 15 months. After maturing in the barrels, it was blended and conditioned on chocolate, vanilla, & strawberries. Leave room for the ice cream!
