With a smile as wide as the sun and you’d think Kyle’s in a perpetual tickle fight. YBBC trivia time. Kyle has a sweet tooth. You could be forgiven for not knowing that considering the man loves beer that tastes like biscuits and dry bread. This pastry sour is modeled after a dessert that Kyle made his high school girlfriend that caused her to fall madly in love with him. Loaded up with the classic combo of berries, in this case of the rasp variety and rhubarb before we load it up with graham cracker and vanilla to amp up the pastry notes.
