Beer Description
The second in a line of Belgian strong ales named in homage to the brewer’s favorite band. This not quite Tripel, not-quite Saison, and not-quite Golden Strong, yet shows aromas of apple, pear, and light citrus. Flavors of more yeast-derived fruit, paired with subtle crackery notes, before a deceptively dry, spritzy finish.
