Beer Description
Foudre-Aged Maibock
The chords of individual thought often blast through the guarded monotony of what we do. Inside the experimental brewery we always look for new voices, and perspectives that perhaps would’ve evaded us if we didn’t pass the batons. So we asked our long time Brewer, @crypticbrewer, to forge for us the makings of one hell of a May lager. Made from German and English barley and sprinkled with Grungeist hops, this beer spent over a month in our young American Oak Foudre. Freshly toasted wheat bread with lemon marmalade, molasses swirl sweetbreads and a soirée of apple pound cake.
