The Dabinett apple is a popular apple among traditional cider drinkers, especially traditional English Cider, and French Cider. A bittersweet cider apple providing high-quality, full-flavored juice. This cider was pulled and ran through a centrifuge, and a long fermentation resulted in a very dry cider.
