Beer Description
Bala is a very limited and special beer. After we took Finer Points XV off of its Balaton Cherries we immediately put a little table beer back onto those cherries with our house blend of brettanomyces and mixed culture and let it rest for several months. The result is a light and spry beer with delicate notes of tart cherry, white flowers, lemon zest, nutty malt character, and a subtle underpinning of tanned leather.
