Beer Description
We’re getting notes of extra chocolate Tootsie Rolls, beautiful roasted malts, cacao in your mole sauce, ripe dark plums, gently smoked raisins, and some dried figs
This big hunk was brewed with roasted and flaked barley, a good bit of Carafa, and a subtle bit of beechwood smoked malt; hopped with Columbus and Centennial, and fermented with our trusty British ale yeast. We’re getting notes of extra chocolate Tootsie Rolls, beautiful roasted malts, cacao in your mole sauce, ripe dark plums, gently smoked raisins, and some dried figs.
