Beer Description
Our friend, Peter of Twin Star orchards, is rarely seen without his signature Scally Cap. Peter tended the rare apples used in this blend, comprised of equal parts Chisel Jersey, Stembridge Jersey, Somerset Redstreak, Geneva Tremletts, Brown Snout and Redfield.
Fermented with native yeast, unfined and unfiltered. Bottled Pétillant Naturel. Bitter, tannic and dry. Serve slightly chilled in a wine glass.
