Eloise (8%) is our west coast style double IPA that has been hopped with Simcoe, Amarillo and CItra and pours a beautiful crystal light amber color. A classic American craft beer, west coast hoppy beers are tastefully bitter with ours being mildly dry with an emphasis on the citrus flavor profile while maintaining that desired resin pine flavor that is so important in the west coast hoppy beers. We’re tasting candied grapefruit, extra drank orange juice and a not so overpowering north west damp pine needles.
