Beer Description
wild-fermented cider produced in collaboration with our friends at Shacksbury Cider. Made with foraged apples from their Lost Apple Project, it was fermented with native yeasts and aged in neutral oak barrels for 18 months, before being bottle conditioned with local wildflower honey.
