Wild Yeast Saison fermented with an indigenous yeast strain captured in Alameda, using a blend of Feldblume, Yolo Wheat, Capay Rye, and Clipper Oats from Admiral Maltings and lightly hopped with NZ Moutere. Aged in stainless steel for 1 year.
