a barrel-aged spontaneous sour ale made with Oishii’s newest varietal, the Koyo Berry. Fermented and aged in oak barrels exclusively with wild yeast and bacteria from the ambient environment, then re-fermented with Oishii’s freshly picked berries. It’s an easy-drinking ale that’s spritzy and refreshing with complex notes of oak, juicy strawberry, and lemon verbena.
