Beer Description
We got together with our friends at Big Ditch Brewing in Buffalo, NY to create this amazingly flavorful Bohemian Pilsner. This style is light and elegant but has a delicious malt complexity that comes from the high quality floor malted Bohemian Pilsner malt. A good amount of Czech Saaz hops are added for that light bitterness and earthy flavor. Truly a classic beer for the end of the summer
