It’s that time of the year. We chose to do a traditional Märzen style for this year’s Oktoberfest beer. This is the slightly more malty one of the two Oktoberfest styles made in Germany and the one most American beer drinkers seem to prefer. Ours has a wonderful dark copper color, a rich and creamy off-white head, and a well balanced finish. As with all of our beers, this one is made with authentic ingredients from the country of origin. In this case, malt and hops that are imported from Germany.
