Beer Description
Brewed with some of the best hops the great Pacific Northwest has to offer, Not Dead Yet is a sparkling example of what is great about West Coast IPAs. A simple base of pale malt and a clean, classic Californian yeast set the stage for the hops to be the highlight of this beer. Hopped in the kettle and whirlpool with Citra and Mosaic, we then double dry hopped with more Citra and Mosaic, along with a generous helping of Strata. A smooth lingering bitterness combines with a dry finish, and notes of orange marmalade, ruby red grapefruit, and blueberry jam. West Coast IPA is Not Dead Yet.
