Last Cinco de Mayo, after an ancient brew washed ashore across our Google search results, dos gringos whipped up the most authentic Mexican-style lager to ever fiesta in Carolina del Norte – Inauthentico. Emboldened by finding out “limón” actually means lime, we’re trying our hand at pushing the highly technical boundaries of dropping a lime and salt into a lager at your favorite beach.
