Oh Honey Honey wheat ale, conditioned with a mix-culture in mead barrels and re-fermented on red prickly pear in stainless. This sour is refreshing, with a nose of high desert springtime flowers. Lightly sweet with notes of star fruit, cactus, florals, strawberry and kiwi.
