Beer Description
Our Petite Saison was brewed with Belgian pilsner malt and wheat and delicately hopped with Saaz throughout. We then conditioned this one on Nelson hops, for a zesty, earthy punch. Notes of green melon, wine must and pear balance the beer’s light peppery spice and funk. This beer is crisp, effervescent and extremely refreshing. A summery beer—with character!
