‘Draw Down The Moon’ Oyster Stout – Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Cornell Oysters. Oysters were used at every stage of the brewhouse: kettle, mash tun & whirlpool during our brew process. It carries amazing drinkability plus chocolate, coffee, caramel notes & a present briny & saltiness from the oysters. It has a light to medium body, jet black with a brown creamy head.
