Beer Description
This multidimensional wild ale is our labor of love and an expression of our passion for the craft. Defined by its complexity, this brew showcases a multitude of flavors and aromas ranging from intense to refined and nuanced.
Bright acidity, a delicate earthy funk, and subtle tartness have achieved harmony and balance after extended aging with our house culture of wild yeasts and bacterias in our American oak foeder.
We are thrilled to finally share the first release of our long-term, mixed fermentation, foeder program with you all. Source of Funk was bottle conditioned and will continue to slowly develop and mature in the bottle for 10+ years.
