Beer Description
Uncle Bob’s, “Butch”, 70’s custom van was floor to wall shag carpet, with a CB, full bed, cocktail table, and mini bar. Things were more lax in the 70’s. Matt’s comment, " This Pale Ale would be perfect for your uncle’s mini bar!"
Butch’s Pale Ale – 5.6% was born.
The grist is comprised of 2 Row, white wheat, a dash of flaked oats and a smidge of honey malt for sweetness. Then proportionately hopped with Summit, Mosaic and El Dorado, to create the perfect balance. Clean and fresh with notes of pear, marmalade and stone fruit. A cool guy, a sweet van and a smooth beer. Unfortunately, my uncle passed away many years ago, and the van was gone long before that, but they live on in memory, Cheers Uncle Bob
