Brewed for Rabbie Burns in honor of men in skirts everywhere, Bonnie Prince Barley is our seasonal Scotch Wee Heavy ale.
Rich and malty, with just a hint of peat smoke, it’s the perfect accompaniment to a warm winter’s haggis, the “Great Chieftain o’ the Puddin-Race!” Malts: NW Pale Ale, Maris Otter, Crystal 40 and 120, Pale Chocolate, Roasted Barley and Peat-Smoked Malt. Hops: Apollo and Willamette.
