Beer Description
Let the fun continue! For this iteration of our experimental IPA series, we used a malt base heavy in oats with a touch of wheat added, then fermented with an amazing house IPA yeast strain. A mash hop and huge additions of sultana and experimental hbc-586 in the whirlpool give off pineapple, mango and citrus with an emphasis of orange. We couldnʼt stop there with the hops, so we added an enormous dry hop of the same sultana and hbc-586 to bring this juice bomb up to seven pounds of hops per barrel.
